SYNCHRONIZATION
Synchronization should be done between TP3054 and MT8981 should be done in order to send clear speech from one telephone to another through E1.All sync pulses are shown in the following diagram simultaneously.

If delay occurs between synchronization pulses and codec then shift in bits can be observed. The following figure demonstrates the phenomenon of delay and it disadvantages.
